Derick and Jessica have been serving and leading Crossroads Church for over 15 years, first as youth pastors and now as lead pastors. Known for their fresh, relatable and practical applications of God’s Word, they have a passion of raising up the next generation and seeing them change the world. Derick holds a Masters of Ministerial Leadership degree from Southeastern University. Derick and Jessica have two children, Averie and Cade.
