FAQ's

Q1. Is seating assigned?

We offer open seating throughout this event. Guests who arrive early will have an opportunity to occupy the first available seats in the auditorium. Please enter the auditorium with the HER you’d like to sit with. Once the experience countdown begins, any open seats may be filled by our Host team.

Q2. WHAT IF I'M COMING ALONE?

No worries, we can’t wait to meet you! Feel free to stop by the Connect Corner, a designated place to connect with you. Visit the Connect Corner when you arrive on-site. There are a host of girls who would love to chat with you and find you a great seat for your experience!

Q3. CAN MY DAUGHTER COME WITH ME?

We highly recommend that you bring your daughter with you to the HER Weekend! Our recommended age for girls sharing the experience with their moms or grandmas is 12 years and older. Please note, for safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the event. Due to space limitations, childcare is not available at this event.

Q4. Can I Bring my baby with me?

Your baby is welcome at HER! The Family Viewing Room will be open throughout the weekend where you and your baby (newborn-one year) can sit back, relax, and share the experience on screen with other mommies! Due to space limitations, childcare is not available at this event.

Q5. Do I need a ticket?

Your “ticket” into this event is as easy as presenting the code from your registration email confirmation. You can do this via your mobile device or simply, print your confirmation.

Q6. Can I bring a friend?

This is the perfect time to gather your girls! Share this opportunity with the HERs you love most in your circle and get them registered. You never know who has been thirsting to discover more of God’s Word in a fresh way tailored to women, and this could be that perfect opportunity.

Q7. When Should I arrive?

90 minutes before each experience begins: the registration stations, community partnership area and pre-parties will open. We highly encourage you to rideshare to this event as parking will be at a premium. Make sure to arrive in plenty of time for the pre-party. Here, you're sure to enjoy tasty treats, fall fashions at the HER Boutique, and of course, tons of fun and a few surprises.

Q8. How can I contribute to the Community Partnership?

We are excited to put principles into practice through community partnership at HER WKND. We will be holding a bra drive through an organization called “Free The Girls,” and collecting new and/or gently-used bras to be distributed to survivors of sex trafficking in El Salvador, Mozambique, and Uganda. Headquartered right here in the USA, “Free The Girls” collaborates with partners on-the-ground in those countries to encourage, equip, and empower girls and women to earn a safe income selling bras in the second-hand market. We will collect the bras at HER WKND, and then our team will deliver to the drop-off location, where packaging and shipping will take place. You can learn more at https://freethegirls.org.

Q9. What should I wear?

We always like to have a little fun with our wardrobes at HER WKND! The Summer White Party was a hit and the HERs were shining bright in all white. This time around, we encourage you to fall back to black and dress in your favorite black tops, bottoms, dresses or accessories.

Q10. Should I wear my HER pin?

Absolutely! When the sisterhood gathers, we put on love… and our HER pins. If this is your first HER experience, mention the pin at registration to receive yours.
